I love simplicity. That’s why the price you see is the price you pay and nothing else. Postage and packing is FREE for Mainland UK (with exclusion of the Scilly, Shetland and Hebrides islands and except for very heavy or very large items such furniture).
I Love Collectables uses the Royal Mail postal service for all its UK deliveries – Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery are the preferred methods of delivery but alternative postage solutions are available if you require, so please contact me prior to purchasing.

Postage Costs for International Customers and Overseas Sales
Due to the power and reach of the internet, I Love Collectables is reaching all corners of this amazing planet and has fans, friends and customers globally!
I know how frustrating it is as a collector to see something you love and its over the oceans and possibly thousands of miles away.
International sales are totally fine with me and I am very happy to ship items internationally, but please be aware that FREE POSTAGE ONLY APPLIES TO THE UK.
International customers MUST contact me for postage costs prior to purchasing any items to avoid the inconvenience of delayed processing and shipment and of being further invoiced for postage costs after purchase.
Here are some estimated (average) postage costs for International Customers Via Royal Mail
For Items Weighing Between 300g and 500g approximately.
Spain £7-£10
Brazil £10
USA £10
Australia £10-£15
New Zealand £10-£15
Republic of Ireland £5
These are average costs and postage can be lower as well as higher. All postage must be sent signed-for or via a secure service for the peace of mind of all parties.
Customs and Duties Obligations in International Countries
As every country has different rates, customs and duties on imported goods, please make sure you are aware of what these charges are, if any, before purchase, as these costs can not be covered by I Love Collectables. Such costs are the buyers responsibility.

Green Packing & Packaging – Recycle & Reuse!
I Love Collectables takes being green very seriously! All items are packed in good quality and recyclable (where possible) packing material to protect your fragile vintage collectable. Packing and packaging costs are kept to a minimum and where appropriate and possible, recycled or used packing material will be used to save costs to all and the environment.
I Love Collectables has gone green by using paperless invoicing and receipts. This saves on paper, ink, electricity and is just all round better for the EVERYONE and EVERYTHING!
All receipts are sent in PDF format for you to keep, print off or refer to if you ever needed too. Simple.
Proof of Postage & Postal Tracking
It has been known for some packages to take a tour of the world prior to reaching their final destination. Postal hiccups do happen unfortunately. This is why, for the benefit of all parties, I always obtain proof of postage for all 1st Class postage and will always provide you with the tracking number for tracking parcels if premium services are the preferred method.
That way you can rest assured that your item is protected on its way to you and all steps have been taken to ensure its safe delivery.
Two-Day Turnaround for Dispatch & Payments
Items are dispatched within two business days of receipt of payment which is currently via POSTAL ORDER or through PayPal and Google Checkout as they are the fastest and safest way to pay over the internet. If you wish to pay by Postal Order, please contact me and I will forward my personal details for the postal order docs.
What if my item doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?
Don’t panic! In the possible but unlikely situation, contact me immediately and I may be able to track your item online if item is dispatched by Special Delivery. Delays are sometimes unavoidable but resolvable.
If your item arrives damaged from transit or really does go missing (sigh.), your item should be covered by Royal Mail postal insurance, but if your in doubt or you are at all concerned please confirm with me by either phone or email.
What if my item does arrive but I am unhappy with it? The 14 Day No-Quibble Money-Back Guarantee!
Again, don’t worry. Because I find that 7 days is just not long enough sometimes, all products sold by I Love Collectables (except Free listings) are covered by a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURN and REFUND Guarantee and so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, following the returns procedure below:
1. You must contact ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com within 14 days of receiving your product by email or phone and inform us of your intention to return the goods – please wait to receive a confirmation email from us.
2. You must ensure the goods are wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
3. Once you have received confirmation from ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com, return your goods to us by 1st class post or the same postage used for delivery and to the address stated below. This is at the buyers cost.
4. Please ensure you get a free proof of postage certificate from the post office when you send the parcel – otherwise ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com may not be able to refund you, if your returned parcel goes missing in transit.

REFUND OF MONIES THROUGH PAYPAL
Please note: As all transactions are done through PayPal and although I Love Collectables will make immediate refunds, the time it takes for monies to be refunded by PayPal differ if you pay by PayPal (direct), Bank Account (through PayPal) or Credit and Debit Card through PayPal.
a. PayPal and Bank Account (through PayPal) – Refunds are immediate and direct back to PayPal.
b. Credit and Debit Cards through PayPal – Refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. This is the most time it will take. Often this can be a a few days to a week. Please confirm with PayPal.
