In short, I want to make you visit as pleasant as possible.  Your privacy is protected – I don’t collect data and any data collected (through the normal workings of the internet) is not shared by me or I Love Collectables.

I Love Collectables has been online since 2009 and PayPal have verified my (I Love Collectables) identity, so you do not need to worry about buying from me or I Love Collectables.  Have a look at my Testimonials!

If your not happy with your collectable, you can send it back to me within 14 days (read below for more details)

You must be over 18 to submit a free listing or if you are under 18, be under supervision of an adult to submit to or view our services.

Free listings are provided “free-to-list” and must be made via the Sell and Swap Form.

Free listings can be for up to a period of 30 days completely free for the purpose of sale or exchange (swapping). The number of items that can be listed by seller’s will be limited to three (3) items at any one time.  This may be subject to revision at any time and  LOVECOLLECTABLES.com reserve the right to reject to post a listing.

Free listings can include up to forty (40) words and up to four (4) compressed jpeg format pictures (no more bigger than 1000 x 750 pixels).  Extra words or further pictures will be charged to the members account at a rate of 10p per picture and 1p per words.

Free listings can only be for items that you legally own and you must not list items that are counterfeit, stolen or in contravention of any civil or criminal legislation whether in the UK or abroad.  In such circumstances the said item will be removed and the authorities contacted if necessary.

As ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com is providing a free listing service and listing is for free.

Responsibility of Listings

ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com is providing a service/hub for collectors to buy, sell or swap their collectables and so the contents of Free listings are the sole responsibility of the owner as to accuracy and legality.  As a Free seller you are therefore bound by the laws of misrepresentation and misdescription in England, Scotland and Wales.

ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com will not accept listings that a) advertise other businesses without express permission b) provide direct contact between buyer and seller or c) provide for sale any item that is clearly in breach of the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

Buyers must be satisfied with the accuracy of the description of an item before buying an item.

If in any doubt as to any item on our site it is advisable to make contact with the seller directly.

Swap Listings are 100% Free

Swap listings are provided 100% free and must be made via the Sell and Swap Form and are subject to the same terms and conditions as to accuracy and legality as seller listings.

Swap listings are restricted to a thirty (30) word listing.  Photos can be added at a cost of 10p per picture and this is paid for prior to listing.

Swap listings may be on the site for up to three (3) months, unless ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com or the Swap item owner requests its removal by phone or email.

Direct communication between swappers is allowed and ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com is not subject to or responsible for contact between swappers on the site or any issues arising from eventual swaps or exchanges.

ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com reserves the right to not list an item or remove an item that conflicts or contravenes our terms and conditions or the laws of England, Scotland or Wales without notice.

ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com will not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance (which includes late delivery of any items purchased on the website) if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to the circumstances beyond its reasonable control and including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

All products sold by ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com (except Free listings) are covered by our 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURN and REFUND Policy and so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, following the returns procedure below:

1. You must contact ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com within 14 days of receiving your product by email or phone and inform us of your intention to return the goods – please wait to receive a confirmation email from us. 2. You must ensure the goods are wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit. 3. Once you have received confirmation from ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com, return your goods to us by 1st class post or the same postage used for delivery and to the address stated below.  This is at the buyers cost.

4. Please ensure you get a free proof of postage certificate from the post office when you send the parcel – otherwise ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com may not be able to refund you, if your returned parcel goes missing in transit.

REFUND OF MONIES THROUGH PAYPAL  Please note:  As all transactions are done through PayPal and although I Love Collectables will make immediate refunds, the time it takes for monies to be refunded by PayPal differ if you pay by PayPal (direct), Bank Account (through PayPal) or Credit and Debit Card through PayPal. a. PayPal and Bank Account (through PayPal) – Refunds are immediate and direct back to PayPal. b. Credit and Debit Cards through PayPal – Refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.  This is the most time it will take.  Often this can be a a few days to a week.  Please confirm with PayPal.

Free listings are covered by their own refund policy and it is advisable to a) endeavor to provide a similar refund policy to ours or b) provide details of a refund policy to prospective purchasers as good practice.

If an item is purchased via a Free Listing on ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com and is to be returned, the item must be returned to the Sellers return address and not ILOVECOLLECTABLES.com.
