Vintage 1930′s / 1950′s Soft Toy Elephant / Dumbo – 0000276

This very cute vintage soft toy elephant or “Dumbo” character dates from between the 1930′s and 1950′s. I believe he is a Merrythought but I am not sure as there are no labels or tags.

Dumbo is in very good condition but does have some age related wear. He has been around long enough that the moths have had a piece of his hat and a tiny bit stitching underneath is beginning to unravel (easily repaired).

He is stuffed with a hard type stuffing and finished in a velvety or corduroy material and I haven’t seen one like him!

He measures a cute 15cm tall (to top of his hat)

A very cute and very collectable soft toy Dumbo for the vintage cuddly collector or elephant or Disney’s Dumbo fan!

Hermann Speilwaren Mohair 2005 Pin Bear – Limited Edition – 0000049

This “Hermann Speilwaren” Annual Pin Bear made by the famous Hermann Speilwaren in Sonneberg, Germany. Hermann Bears have been made and collected the world over since the 1920′s and the company is well known for its quality collectable bears.

This Annual Pin Bear is made from fine black mohair and measures a cute 4 inches approximately and has steel pins at the back so you can pin it to your clothes or bag.- The bear was made in 2005 and a Limited Edition to that year – so no more were made after the 31st December 2005.

A usuable collectors item and an essential addition to your bear collectables!

He’s The Best, He’s The Greatest, He’s The Greatest Secret Agent In The World!…….Danger Mooooouse! This set is from the 1980′s and 90′s hit TV show Danger Mouse. These vintage plush toys set made under license by PMS is from around 1981 includes Danger Mouse, Penfold and the evil Baron Greenback (the original Dr Evil!). Interestingly, Dangermouse’s voice was played by the brilliant Sir David Jason from the 80′s Peckham sit-com “Only Fools and Horses”.

In excellent clean condition!

The set is vintage, unboxed and essential if your a fan!

Vintage 1960′s/1970′s “Sooty” Hand Puppet by Chad Valley/Chiltern Hygienic Toys – 0000477

Everyone knows and loves this iconic star! Sooty has been in the business of entertaining children and adults since the 1950′s and still watched and loved by the young and old.

This cute and well played-with Sooty hand puppet was made between the 1960′s and 1970′s by Chad Valley and Chiltern Hygienic Toys. Sooty is in good to fair conditions with some wear to his fur in parts but no rips or tears. He still has his leather paw pads, although a little worn and would be a lovely companion or addition to any vintage Chad Valley or Sooty collection!

Vintage Fisher Price – The Muppet Show – 1976 Fozzie Bear Toy – 0000051

If your in your 30′s or your 60′s you’ll remember and love this one.

This pre-loved 1976 Fozzie Bear is an original 1970′s cuddly toy from the groovy 70′s and 80′s popular TV show “The Muppet Show”. He is in good condition but needs a bit of a bath (he is washable but I haven’t tried as I don’t want to ruin him like I have done to clothes in the past!)

Measuring a podgy 13 x 23 x 36cm approximately and he has no tears or rips and looks good for a thirtysomething!

Vintage 1970′s Fisher Price – Jim Henson – The Muppet Show – Kermit the Frog Muppet Doll – 0000472

Another iconic character by the great Jim Henson! If your in your 30′s or even in your 60′s, you’ll remember and love Kermit the Frog!

Made circa 1976, this well-cared for Kermit the Frog is an original 1970′s cuddly toy from the hilarious 70′s and 80′s popular TV show “The Muppet Show”. Kermit is in excellent (near mint) condition for his age.

Measuring approximately 46cm (18in) tall, Kermit is pretty clean with no tears or rips. Superb for the collector or that little bit of vintage nostalgia.

There are some scratches to his eyes but nothing serious. Please look at the photos.

Kermit still retains a good clean and clear Fisher Price label that says: “Fisher-Price Toys, East Aurora, N.Y. 850, Assembled in Mexico, Kermit the Frog, A Jim Henson Muppet Doll” on one side. The reverse has “Henson Associates, Inc. 1956, 1976, Reg. No. PA. 274, All New Material, Polyester Fiber, Wash Cold Tumble Dry No Heat”.

Love him and give this fab original collectable icon a home!
