A retro vintage classic! The Jaguar E-Type 2+2 was and is an iconic car and this 1/72 scale (7cm approx) die cast model by Husky pays homage to this icon with its beautiful moulding and high gloss metallic maroon coachwork.
Although this model does not come with the blister card, it is in excellent original condition with minimal wear (only some paint-loss on the bumpers which could be easily touched up). The suspension is good and the wheels have some oxidation to the ends but run fine.
Made circa 1969, this great model has a painted metal base and two piece tyre and rims that were introduced by Mettoy in 1969. In 1970, Husky was rebranded as Corgi Juniors.
A superbly made die cast with great detail! Would make a great display model and a great addition to any vintage die cast or Husky model collection.
