A very exciting find! This highly collectable and very scarce striking Red Baron teapot was made circa 1985 and is a reissue of the original teapot set made in the 1960’s, which included the blue Blue Max and green Lucy May planes in the series.
This fabulous novelty teapot is of the Red Baron bi-plane and is an original piece by the makers Carlton Ware. Many fakes and copies exist and non-genuine versions do not have the words “Red Baron” or the printed planes on the nose.
This teapot is an exceptional example, being totally free of any chips, cracks or restoration work. In fact, this teapot has been well cared for throughout its life and appears totally unused! A real treat!
Measuring approximately 21cm from spout to handle and 15cm high, this lovely teapot is as vibrant as the day it was made and is in excellent collectable condition.
Grab it quick before it flies! An ideal collectable for the vintage Carlton Ware collector or vintage teapot and kitchenalia enthusiast.
